I test a both plugins v6.1, no lag because of this plugin of course, but still a little bit higer ping, about 10-20 ms. I think you are very close to find a way to fix this bug, good job of course for this v6.1, now ping is much better than in previous version.

Try testing the plugin without target check. Tell me after that how it is working.

Just wait! I have great news! I will release soon v6.2 with even more improved CPU usage and less lag! In the new version you can run the target check!

Ping is now normal, and CPU usage are now even smaller (only about 5% on my AMD Quad processor) I just can say excellent work!

sry no debug, my server gonna die from lag if i turn on debug and wait for not frequent event
