Windows server TF2 pl maps - crash/lagy map loading!

Well I'm sure we can't be the only servers "or are we" but since about the time of the announcements of the Golden Wrench all pl maps mainly goldrush cause the server to timeout/lag and takes much longer for map changes occasionally crashing too specially if going to a pl map. I did get a crash dump but accedently deleted it "my bad" i will add 1 if it does create another 1.

Anyone noticed this ?

Well so far so good after last nights update it seems much better here is a crash dump it created after my post above anyone shed any light on it please ?
