is it slowhacking to download files from the server to the client?
file like gfx/banner.tar
and commandmenu.txt
if not i looking for plugin thet do it for me

The loading banner was disabled ages ago and is no longer possible to do without a Registry edit on the client.

If the client already has the files, they will not download them and there is no way around that

plus, while i was at my country(Lithuania) i played on some steam servers with the dproto,
which means they're non steam too. Well i didn't get my menu nor banner changed.

While my friend, playing on non-steam did. So if you plan to run a steam server, don't think
of it again, becouse steam is very cool and doesn't let server owners to mess with the files

so, can i edit the client file and change the text inside?
and i want thet client download sound file like inna.wav

To open use fopen.
To write use fwrite.
To close use fclose.
To download music use precache_sound in plugin_precache forward.

Not gonna explain how to use them, becouse you want something evil and obviously non-steam .

What? o.O thats natives to manipulate files are only by server-side... doesn't matter if he want to do evil things, he CANT.

seriously, i not want do to something evil i just want to change bad files to the client.
files like autobut.txt and rebuy.txt this files use to crash server (if you know this hack or not)
so.. like you can see i just want to save my server from bad users...
i need to know how download a new files to client if he not have the sam file

Possible with limitations. This will not be discussed here as it is slowhacking and is not allowed.

The plugin that uses the file should force the client to download the file anyways.

I do not agree with you on this one. Idk if it's possible to change the register in cs ( which i don't think is possible). But i had my banner changed about 1 week ago. And i'm using steam

Maybe there is a file that can be edited then, not sure and don't care. I know it is possible with a Registry edit though.
