how aboute make a plugin there a player can do a say comand like...
/banreq
then a menu will pupp up... they will have to choose the player that they want to make a BAN REQEST on then choos what they did wrong...
im thinking aboute a menu like banmenu.
1,2,3,4,5,6,7 are players and 8 is WH,autoaim, inproper lang.. and so on...

and when a admin logs on he will see who has a banreq and how many banreq hes got. like:

ozama "STEAMID" (12(banreqNR.)) WH(0) autoaim(0) Braking rules (12)

this had bin cool but mabye to much work

Probably not easy but it also depends on how sophisticated you want it. One idea is to use the /banreq with menu then after they select they can type a reason (or choose a reason from a menu which I think I did in amx_banshot by dorin). If you skip the banrequest counting it will be easier .

its cind of a idea/request for a plugin that i thugth would be usefull ^^
