The needed files belong to CZ, meaning they are copyrighted to CZ and using them on 1.6 is considered illegal.

No, I can not. That plugin has been unapproved until the author fixes it. If it is not fixed soon, I will remove the archive completely and it will be a broken plugin until he fixes it.
