See that 13? You know what that does? It counts the # of arguments, and if they don't match that #, it's going to say:

Usage: amx_coolhud <red> <green> <blue> <x> <y> <effects> <fxtime> <holdtime> <fadeintime> <fadeouttime> <channel> <user> <message>
