The current version doesn't block at all the timelimit which is handled in another function. I guess you have another third party plugin which could be the cause. ( meaning side-effect on another plugin )

Warmup fix did not work with gungame 1.13 sql version.
restartround or newround is never called.

I toggel the infinite rounds command on plugin_cfg to 0 and set it to 1 if warmup has startet.

I know, i whrite this only to tell that set shouldWarmup to 1 did not solve the warmup issue...
