Anti silent-run (only wheel mouse)

Hi, I want to create a plugin that will slap or kick (another penalty) the player who has a use +duck in mwheeldown or mwheelup and a reference to +duck in an alias.

I found this topic:

Unfortunately, it is an option for any silent-run.
I want ctrl +duck it, or another key (without scroll) was allowed for the silent-run.

I have an idea to check bind (mwheeldown and mwheelup) and compare to +duck, if the result is positive, use a penalty, but I do not know how to do it.

Plugin in the first link is not working properly, the player stops and displays each command from the ini file. when used with any key.

Plugin in the second link is not working properly, player stops when click few times ctrl (+duck) i want plugin only for +duck on MHEEL*UP/DOWN

You have to complete by yourself the .ini file with all commands you want to allow on mwheels.

It not working. I have in the file .ini but when i use some command from .ini on another key (ctrl) i have the same message when i have this command on the scroll.

Can you fix it?
