I have an amazing idea so basically all the pyro's that have the homewrecker can help build enigineer's building faster and can also upgrade their building's and the pyro's would have the metal thing just like the engineer and can get metal from dispensers etc... The pyro would have 100 metal.

Not possible with a plugin, without really hacky, easily breakable methods.

If you really wanted to do it, SDKHooks Touch hook would be the way to do it, but I wouldn't recommend it because the Touch hook isn't always fired when one entity touches another.
