Yeah, I didn't see that either. But, still, I would just put those in server.cfg. And, yes, I realize it changes some things depending on the in-game environment but I don't believe it would be significantly beneficial unless you have a really crappy box for your server.

SMA removed for slowhacking code. If you want to change the Client's rates, you MUST ask for permission first. Feel free to upload the SMA again with the slowhacking code removed and/or you have added something that is asking for client permission
