So im getting this error:

0: [SM] Unable to load plugin "skillsranktxt.smx": Required extension "sdkhooks" file("sdkhooks.ext") not running

I have sourcemod 1.3 and the latest sdkhooks zip copied to the sourcemod folder (the contents of the zip.. not still ziped up if that was confuzeling anyone). Any idea why I would be getting this error?
