It is possible to do that with a plugin, but this one does not do that and I am no longer actively developing it.

For a while now all text this plugin displays is in russian on my server. While all other text remained english. How is that possible?

Do we know if this is going to get a L4D2 update? Having increasing amounts of dodgy sprays on the server and trying to track down who is doing it is a pain, this excellent addon works wonders on the TF2 server.

That is probably due to gamedata changes. If you are still having the issue, make sure you update your gamedata (though the updater should do it for you) or file a bug.

As far as I know there isn't a reason that this shouldn't work on L4D2
