[Request] Specified Tags For Specified Persons

H1, is there any Plug-in which set specified Tags for specified peoples, respectively i need to show in chat instead of their Nicknames.
Because my admins are changing their Nicknames all the time.. So, can NOT recognize them. Therefore i am looking for this kind of Plug-in.

Like:
Someone who is in Tag List (.INI) when he types "Hi" it display as...

[MyTag] Player : Hi

Tags.INI

; Format:
; Tag SteamID/IP/Nick
; E.I.
[G-UNIT] Steam_0:0:123456
[GangstaUnit] 123.123.123.123

Thanks for the knowledge, but i think it's adding similar tags for all..
I am looking forward to add different tags to different ppls.

Oh I see. maybe you can ask the author of that plugin, he might be able to help you
