Is there an exact format required? for instance, what bitrate of mp3 etc.

Not really, I have never had a problem with the format.

Any one have a recommended sound editing program to make a sound clip for this. I'm using Adobe Audition and I have an .mp3 sound clip (I even tired a wave file) and the sound clip wont even download. I've even tried using it with another plugin like admin sounds and it still wont download. I don't have my whitelist settings to 1 and I even changed it around to the recommended settings. I have put the sound in my steam folder manually and it wont play. All my other sounds still download and the sound clip is at 128kbps and 44hz and I don't know what else I'm doing wrong here as to why it won't download and wont play when manually added. Will sourcemod not download soundclips that arent supported automattically?

Could this be edited so it can play sounds at other times as well. Possibly make it so if you add multiple hooks to the cfg file, it will play a different set of sounds for each hook?

Sometimes, win or lose, it plays the normal win/lose sound over the random sounds played by the plugin.

I used this on april 1st w/ britney Spears playing @ the end of the round as a joke and that's a problem I had too. The Britney would always play but some times the default win/lose sound would play @ the same time.

/r/ this

I want to replace sounds like the losing sound, the health sounds, maybe even spawn sounds, sentry sounds or draw weapon sounds.
This can sometimes be done by replacing the sounds in scripts/game_sounds_weapons.txt and game_sounds_player.txt but it doesnt seem to work for the weapon draw sounds.

Same problem here. Sounds are played with the normal win/loose sounds.
How can they be disabled?

i didn't find anything in the sourcefile that looked like the original sounds get disabled. How can i get this working?
