Anyone know of a way to automate _restart after campaign finishes, or after all human players have logged off?

I'm having the problem where in Versus after a few campaigns, for a reason I can not discover, the Survivors start map 1, and there are not health kits, or guns or melee weapons. Im running latest sourcemod and metamod on L4D2.

Plugin list is: SnareSpeak.smx, l4d_kickloadstuckers.smx, VocalizeFatigue v1.2c.smx, votemanager2.smx, cannounce.smx, l4dunreservelobby.smx, l4d_sm_respawn.smx

No one else has joined their server and found there are not med kits or guns?

I've not ever had that problem personally but I wouldn't mind having a way to do this also.
Sometimes after several games in a row my server becomes unhappy and I have to manually restart to connect the next game from lobby.
It seems like the game hangs at the end.
I've noticed it mostly with coop though especially after I finish a run on Dark Carnival. If after that campaign I return to lobby I can't connect to my server until I restart it.
