This plugin shoud be approved it works better for me than other HS plugins, and also ability to kill with knife anywere, not just in head is very useful.

I think that it should be the other way around.
This plugin is supported and does its job better.
I think that old plugins that are overtaken by new ones should be unapproved.

Approvers dont go to this section of forum, so plugin is doomed once it ends up here unless author starts to annoy approver to review his plugin. I agree with you, athou most of plugins here are usless and pointless, some of them dont deserve to be here like this one.

Yes and it is also vice versa. If a plugin is approved it is not checked to see if it has been updated. Once it is approved it stays there. There are good unapproved plugins that should take over existing plugins. The problem is that moderators need to check them .

You should include amxmisc, use cmd_access and register_concmd so you can put the command in any .cfg file.

Also, you could use only 1 cvar for team stuff, like if( get_pcvar_num() & _:cs_get_user_team() )
Anyway, since you use a command to toggle the mod, you could also use commands for the other features.
