Unfortunately enabling this plugin seems to make the server crash, this is the log of the startup

Plugin works fine for me except the occasional director medkit slipping past.

D4rKr0w, I'll take a look at those mods you posted when I get home today and check for any incompatibilities.

I assume that something is trying to load the sdkhooks extension but you don't have it installed. While I read through those plugins you mentioned try installing sdkhooks and seeing what happens.

If anyone else has any problems with the plugin crashing, director medkits spawning or the mod not working correctly post here with your issue(IE: Medkits not all medkits removed), what map you were on when it happened and how far into the game you were.

Suggestion: Limit the amount of throwable items, without totally removing them. I don't mind a pipe/bile/molly, I think finding them is part of the game. However, in l4d2 it is easy as pie to find these things.

Yes sure!!!

Can you make it that we can type in an number of spawned biles, molly, pipes, medkits? That are spawned?

You can also make an option that the medkits are only spawned in the saferoom but outside only pills.



I think thats better to make it individually

Sure, I'm actually working on that second part(saferoom kits) at the moment.

EDIT: the annoy_saferoom cvar now works at it should, working on a good system for randomizing which throwables are removed.

Anyone have any ideas on a good way to do it? Thinking about just running a random number thing from 1-10 until the number needed have been removed.

Ok thats really fine!!!!

Whats with the other part? Do you make an option in this plugin that we can chose how many medkits, pipes, biles and molotovs are spawned in the game? That would be Awesome!!!


Have another Idea:

-One Option -> number of medkits spawned outside is choosable and the rest converted into pills
-One Option -> number of medkits spawned outside is choosable and the others are not converted into pills, they are deleted!

I just installed sdkhooks and this is the output of the startup, it still crashes while initializing the director's script.
