Can someone make an plugin when you write "/admini" to show All Admins online please ! /admini with "i" !

PLEASE !

And i want to show like this with this colours :

Player : /admini
* - Momentan sunt # admini online - *
* ADMINII SUNT *
1. Admin
2. [OMEGA]Adrian
3. [OMEGA]Administrator
4. [OMEGA]TEST_ADMIN

get it ? Where is # at "" Momentan sunt """ # """ admini online ""
