During the great times of CS 1.6 I've had this beautiful plugin installed and genering much of fun in my server. Now it's CS:GO, SourceMod and blah-blah-blah, but the idea will still work and be great.

Probably someone will be interested in resurrecting this plugin for SourceMod.
