It takes long time ...
I reinstalled my windows , my www server , php server , mysql and the others things , i have perl installed and much more...
I maked again a SuperHero Server and it's c00L..but i don't have stats , i took these files again from the main post 30v. , 20v , 20v fixed and doesen't work , i replaced files in shero/installed with the 20vfixed's files and doesen't work , it gives me the same error like my first post , my url is :
