Description:
This plugin fixes a glitch what allows buying of weapons, when it shouldn't be possible. For example on maps what do not allow weapon buying, you can buy weapons at first frames of first round after "Game Commencing!" message. Also it fixes a glitch what allows you to buy weapons at first frames of the new round in your spawn point, if it's outside buyzone, and if before that you were inside a buyzone.
