I don't fully understand why you would need IP bans.
I mean, for Internet servers the steamId is a lot more reliable than the IP, and for LAN servers I don't see in which case you need to ban someone.
Could you please give me an usage example ?
My Metamod:Source plugins :
ServerPolls, ask your players !
ServerBans, share a banlist between multiple servers
ServerWiper, watch a Source server to punish bad behaviour
