Actually, it does make client fps drop. But not as much as original smoke. Ugly smoke - well, this engine is quite old, so sorry. You are welcome to try to do better though, while also forcing smoke not to go through walls, and being non transparent for people using 16bit. Worst plugin - well, there's always a first to say everything to me.
