My bad for not specifying the tickrate at all so far, I was running at 100hz. I can also confirm the server is fully up-to-date.

This reminds me of SG-552 tickrate fix I saw recently https://forums.alliedmods.net/showthread.php?t=322141. So at this point I think it's safe to say that there are quite some bugs showing up when running at higher than 96. Maybe some variables are overflowing with the way high tickrate calculations work?

After changing the tickrate (and appropriate net settings) for 96hz it still happened though. Ingame net_graph shows 97/s with this interestingly enough. Giving -tickrate 95 shows ingame 96/s, but the issue still persisted. Tried 93hz, 90hz, 72hz, boomer still misses.

After that I tried 60hz, and this made it work properly. I'd rather run at a higher tickrate if possible, perhaps someone has an idea?
