Ok, you are right. I was not very polite, but I hope that I can expect some basic bug reporting skills.
I should mention that the users should
read this before reporting a bug.
The problem is that I just got tired of asking the same question again and again "Whats your OS, whats your webserver, what have you done, what have you expected, ..."
