Speaking of halloween restrictions, I don't understand the following logic - perhaps it's my lack of sleep today:
- HHH Hat is a Halloween restriction (this is fine)
- Merasmus Hat is not a Halloween restriction
- Seal Hat (rewarded for Summer event prizes) is a Halloween Restriction.
Maybe I'm missing something...
