I'm not really sure, but I can give You an allias, which lets You start server with messages "Game will be live in 2312j4hl restarts" And You only need to type "Rcon Start" ...

Theres this magical setting, when You start Your server: Max Players! Set it to 12, And vouala. Not that hard.

I want this, And i didnt know how to name those messages, thought it was hud, since you can dissable them with "hud_saytext" command, so you can't see them.

You download from url, then You reconnect, and You might get no slot... <- What i just said, You might take 30minutes just to coonect to server, while You download from server, you can go poo, pee,...

You download from url, then You reconnect, and You might get no slot... OFc, problem exist, but fast dl got it's own problem ,which i just stated.:)
