Cvar only medkits in saferoom spawned
Cvar medkits spawn in saferoom + x number of medkits spawned outside saferoom
Cvar for only medkits in saferoom spawned and all the others...

Its the same like in L4D1. The Server is full 8/8 Player in Versus Mode. so 2-3 People leave and till new people join there goes minutes ago.
