After the installation, you open amxmodmenu and pause plugins. You pause biohazard whenver you want the zombie mod off, and unpause it when you want it on.

That is probably why. If you want to change the terrorist knife model (zombie hands), edit this in biohazard.cfg and re-compile.

Yes, it's also a beta, and has its own bugs. For instance, the fact that survivor sounds are scirpted in and don't work can't help...

My advice reinstalling the server and first running it W/OUT biohazard for a while and see if you still get that error.

We are trying to add some bio-subplugins to our server, but they do not work, and the reason is "biohazard is not loaded."

A forced rule (on our server) is that there is to be no killing until about 3 seconds left on the timer. If you start killing before that, the raptor might not appear.
