when i open the example.smx it gives me a bunch of garbled text, and the .sp doesn't show where I can edit the flag for s to change it to a different type

How do I go about editing the the example plug in? what kinda program am I able to view the script in to do the edits, and make it the .smx again?

Its not the auto scrambled, I still want the auto scrambled, but say I dont want be scrambled as an admin, or pirivilged player, how do I prevent that from happing

I don't know names, but they are the ones that prevent a player being scrambled and the hat emotes/colors

Because, ie, it would show 22/24 slots taken, so people tend more to go to servers that have more people, so it gets the game started faster so the server doesn't sit idle most of the day

Its, a plug in where it tricks the server into showing x # of people on a server. Even when there is no one. I saw the plug in on 1 of Free Frags servers

I've run into a problem with trying to use the sm_ commands. It says that the commands are not known. Additionally, do I just put // in front of the messages I dont want read?
