A much better way is to download hldsupdatetool.exe and start it with command (make a .cmd file): "start /wait hldsupdatetool.exe -command update -game "Counter-Strike Source" -dir ....

It is possible to add in your plugin a menu which lets user choose claws model or set them off it he has custom knife skin...

In console I see my IP is slapped when it tries to chat any IP and no messaje appears in chat area. I did not found in source code where it makes difference between real...

Yes I did as You said and now rate menu works as needed. I kept the other menus (which only display info) intact, cause don't see any necessity to change them. Php code is the original one too.

In case of IP:port nickname I think it will be enough if I'll deny names containing ':27', so nobody can post his gameserver's IP:port as a nickname...

No, actually it detects patterns in nickname, but I dunno how to give such an universal pattern for URL or IP :(
