erm because u know Paintlancer's end round sound? Yup u can refer to that thread, someone from that thread coded mp3 compatible with it , the plugins works in my server but it lags my 32 player...

lol still the same, each time round start, the fire auto sets on alive players >.< , I disabled it and enabled amx_fireon 1 , it imediately still sets players on fire instead of timer hitting to 0...

It immediately initiates the fire upon the command amx_fireon 1 and it doesnt work at 0 , if I never disable amx_fireon 0, the next round start , it automatically continue to set on alive people...

Your halfway :up: there, the plugin works but not the way when round end then the fire will auto start . Even after the next round, the starting part, it automatically still set alive players on fire...

Olent lolx >.< it is still not working in my funmap. I put amx_fireon 1, when timer hit to 0 nothing still comes out, my amx version 1.76c o.0, is it something to do with the version?

I don't get you. What do you mean that is caused by setting speed on a player before freezetime ends? All I knew was I have to pause the plugin , then my freezetime will work. For an example...
