So it doesn't matter if the .cfg gets executed before the plugin does? eg: amxx gets loaded, and it sets cvars for some plugin not even loaded yet...

If a plugin isn't scripted to execute a .cfg file, how do I manually get a .cfg file to be run right after the plugin? Can I put something in plugins.ini?

Hmm. Could there be a distinction between recommending a good host and advertising one? In my case I'm soliciting for a host... so I don't see why it wouldn't be allowed.
