i got a problem please help (the speed stays the same)

uh i'm currently using zombie plague 4.3 fix5a

the problem is that
the speed of the zombie and human are the same
no matter how i change it in the .sma or in the zombieclass.ini
the speed...

in my server, when i do /votemod, it doesn't show up and it doesn't work
and can you add like
amx_mod command (that change the nextmod is gonna be) please =)
