Thanks. I was able to get it to work with the latest discord.js.
I ended up replacing all the deprecated code inside server.js it runs really smooth thank you for this.

Try rcon stats instead. Using "stats" alone will only display the stats of the local pc you are using.
p.s. You will be required to login with "rcon_password" first before issuing rcon commands.

While it doesn't support multi-thread. You can assign a specific core to the HLDS process. Read up on CPU affinity and as it pertains to your particular build of Linux. HLDS defaults on core 0.
