If i replace the original function with this one , it give me another error .....I tested it without any plugin in this server only zp 1.6.1 , no error. What i can do ?

I use zombie plague 1.6.1 on my server , and the assassin has not speed , he move like a normal zombie. sv max_speed already 9999...help me someone please..i know there are more topics about this...
