I do have source mod in the correct folder http://img687.**************/img687/7913/sourceh.png and when i type in sm_admin it says

This command can only be used in game.

when i try to spawn a weapon [awp] or whatever it says

"this command can only be used in game" I am ingame!!

I don't see sourcemod/plugins or translations.
