and one thing if your server is paid then you should ask your host about it because when i bought the cz server it was on windows and the fast downloads never worked so i send a mail to them to fix...

try this:
add to server.cfg
sv_allowupload 1
sv_allowdownload 1
sv_downloadurl "http://yoursite.com/folder"

if it doest work backup your server and reinstall and then add it.

that worked...

so my problem is that when the bots do the auto navigation thingy for new maps it will make a bad one and the bots stay stuck on o the base.im thinking its because the server is running in console.
