Just put the settings in your server.cfg instead of [mapname].cfg

Remember anytime valve does a TF2 update and the plugin stops working. You will most likely need to update your source mod to the latest version.

Yes setting to 0 skips the kill cam, unless an update broke this feature. The there is most likely a cvar to disable kill cam's. I remember...

Make a post for the ZP mod team to fix the client dll so this doesn't happen. Valve treated this for TF2 as a bug and fixed the client dll. It could be considered a vulnerability since you can crash...

Start counting time as soon as you die. It will be 6 seconds of wait time then you see the hud timer start at your defined setting.

My plugin actually doesn't need to use a hint message. The spawntimer in the hud is closely accurate to spawn time. I placed the hint message there to let players know that there is a custom spawn...
