i am running a server and i want it so that on monday to wednesday it runs deathmatch, and from thursday to sunday it runs gungame. how do i do this without manually removing each mod every week?

how do i edit the .CFG files manually? because i just got goremod and it isnt set up right because there is hardly any blood and when you get a head-shot the skull appears but the body doesnt...
