all it tells me if that it had a bad load but i cant figure out why?? i mean when i downloaded the file it only game with the only thing it game with was the script not the actual plug in part.....

When i downlaoded the custom runes 2 of the runes i downlaoded only the scripts of the runes bazooka and assasin and if i check my plugins on my server is says

umm i wanted a plugin/mod that allows it so certain players can get special knifes like all the admin in the server get a knife because when u put a knife skin it give it to everyone , or somthing...

I would like a plug that allows me to have multiple mods on my server but where after a map change on like 2nd or 3rd round player can vote which mod they want to play and once the voteing is over...
