Darwins Danger Shield Fix?

In my opinion, pretty ridiculous if you're a hardcore sniper vs. sniper kind of guy. I would've thought somebody had made a plugin to fix it, but can't find it, maybe I just know absolutely nothing...

Admin menu and slap still crash the server, I tried picking out each and every individual plugin/config components and uploading that to the original snapshot, but the same admin menu or any menus...
