Everything but the "random rage" issue suggests that SDKHooks_OnTakeDamage() isn't properly working for you.
Maybe the random rage suggests another SDKHook is failing, one involved with cleanup....

That's...not going to work. FF2 in general doesn't work with multiple copies of the same ability. It'll just pick one and leave it at that. (probably either the first duplicate or the last)

Eh, I wouldn't try for this much precision -- it's likely to be lost. (i.e. 4.99999999999999 and 5.0000000000001 will be turned into whatever 5.0 gets turned into)
