Thanks YamiKaitou for helping me out. I managed to make it work, somehow I was writting -ip xx.xx.xx.xx to the command line and then I did try +ip. ...

If by bind you mean -ip xxx.xx.xx.xx, then yes.

Start command line its nearly default but im specifying the port and the ip.
