How to block all addons in my l4d2 server?

There is a wallhack undetectable, which is an addon, I would like my server was equal to the official Valve's servers, which are not allowed Addons, could someone help me with this?

Servers valve does not run the addon, I would like my server was so.

did not work, I think it would be easier somehow to block all addons, like the official servers of the valve...
