I think you can't. You can edit the script and remove those words.

Hi, I've Amx Mod X 1.8.2 with csdm 2.1.3d working only in cs_ maps, if I load any de_ map, after chossing a team model, the game closes, no error window shown. It's crazy haha. Any ideas?
