every plugin causes slight lag, if your processor is not modern. for every plugin you add to your server, your server CPU has to process a little bit more tasks (depends on the plugin ofc) per tick. if your CPU is strong enough, you dont see any difference. i would contact my server provider if this plugin is lagging your server.

anyway to add a delay on given players after they join the team by 3 to 5 sec after

use the natives i provided with this plugin, in your other plugin when setting for gloves/arm models/custom player models. you dont need a timer for this. if you do this kind of stuff with a timer to override other plugins, you server will never be stable.

this plugin causes EPIC FPS DROPS, like you can be at 200 fps suddenly you are lagging with like 40 fps...
is there a fix ?

yes, if you are sure that this plugin itself is causing it, simply remove it from your server.

i mean the plugin is good by itself, but it causes heavy fps drops for clients is there a way or a fix to reduce the loads ?

i am chill :), thats how you fix the fps drop IF you are sure that this plugin is the one causing it. theres nothing in the code that might affect player FPS. so there is not code fix for this, if removing the plugin fixes the FPS drop, then remove it.
