Switch to spectator
 

Hi,
I have tried searching but can't find anything relevant :(

Is it possible to switch to spectator without having to disconnect and connect again to choose spectator team.
It's really annoying when you suspect someone of cheating but not beeing able to spectate him/her :(

And, when in spectator mode I can't enter the game without disconnecting.

actually it only happens when going from spec to team. If your on a team, u can easily change teams assuming u've died once, but on spec, u cant, cause u cant die as a spec, so its technically ur first round still (1 team switch per round).

I remember that problem with old CSDM. KRoT@L did the command go_spec (or somthing like that) to move You to spectators, but there was no function to let You go back to any team. If the round is neverending, You cannot switch the team second time - so You need to disconnect. That's the reason we may need to add also some say commands (or something like that) which will force the player to move to specator/Ts/CTs.

I am sure there are plugins out there that let you switch teams.

Do we really need to load them to have the possibility switching the team? Why cannot it be as some say command or something included into CSDM main or misc plugin?
