Bad Server Registry

I am facing some registry issue on my sever.

Shots not getting registered properly sometimes on my server.

is it because of extra or heavy plugins ?

Want to know about server registry please tell how to fix bad registry ..
changing rates or reducing plugin will fix registry issue ?

I mean many players reported me that shots not getting registered propely even I faced this issue.

Since I'm using ReGamedll this plugin is not necessary.

I have heard accuracy bug has got fixed in regamedll , not sure but is it ?

I've read that but I suggested it to look because the issue is still open. Other than that try remove the plugins and try adding one by one and see if there's difference
