You can't use Russian characters in the dictionary file. That's why the messages aren't showing up. Look at all of the other translations, especially Spanish. Lots of the characters should have accents, but they can't in the file.

Edit: You can use Russian characters, and the Spanish characters can have accents. The file just has to be encoded as UTF-8 (without BOM) instead of ANSI. Notepad++ is one editor that supports UTF-8 and allows for conversion between ANSI and UTF.

bmann, it is possible to make so that deagles allowed to finish a final round, instead of would break it on the middle?! And in a final round when the map will vary and to be thrown out the weapon, value mp_friendlyfire on 0 would vary???!!!
If who makes, lay out pliz .sma !

lol, did you read the cvars on teh front page? When you have no weapons, why would you need mp_friendly fire to be 0 ?

enforce_timelimit is not that! I speak about another.
For example: if timelimit map remained 30 seconds, and the round will last even 1 minute, that deagles has prolonged timelimit map till the end of a round, and has then replaced a map.

mp_friendlyfire to make 0, that a grenade it was impossible to kill in the end of a map at its change!

Probably such to make? If yes, make please.

Hmm, that is odd, as that is what the cvar is for.

Its hard for me, when I cant replicate it.

Akelpad badly determined coding format. In Textpad there are problems too.
I use Notepad++ for this.

Attached file is original deagsmapmanager.txt in ANSI coding. I only changed
DMAP_CS_MENU_TITLE = \rChoose the next map:\w^n^n on
DMAP_CS_MENU_TITLE = \rChoose map:\w^n^n.
Also i changed server_language ru on server_language en.
And again no possibility to choose map when appears "Choose Nextmap Menu".

I already downloaded deagsmapmanager3.21.zip :)
but i removed other languages from deagsmapmanager.txt which was attached in previous post.

My Plugins(mods):
team_join.amxx speclist.amxx invis.amxx records.amxx mapfinder.amxx mpbhops.amxx deagsmapmanager.amxx kz_ljs_xm.amxx climb.amxx prokreedz_hook.amxx

Such feeling, that value of parametre DMAP_CS_MENU_TITLE is checked on each symbol.
This is small problem certainly but it would be quite good, if with DMAP_CS_MENU_TITLE there were no problems.
I looked file deagsmapmanager.sma and i cannot understand what there to change, that such problem was not

Check the DMAP_MAP_BY line in your file. It doesn't match. I don't think that is causing your problem, however.

Perhaps I was wrong about the Russian characters. I tested a while back and they didn't show up. I guess the file I had didn't have the proper encoding.

DMAP_CS_MENU_TITLE is only read one time in the code, and it is not checked in any way. You should be able to change it without any problem.

Could you post a file where you have already changed DMAP_CS_MENU_TITLE? I'll test it on one of my servers and see what the problem is.

The problem is solved.
Need to change
show_menu(0, mkeys, menu, 19);
on
show_menu(0, mkeys, menu, 19, "Choose the next map:");
in file deagsmapmanager.sma (line 1470)!!!

Before the plugin did not work with other languages from a file amxmodx\data\lang\deagsmapmanager.txt
